All products ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information which will also be available from the main page of your online account. We ship out every day and all orders will be delivered 7 days a week.
All orders over $50 and the subscription orders within United States will receive FREE shipping.

All customers within the continental United States can expect delivery within 3-10 business days. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or on a U.S. Military Base are not included in the U.S. shipping area. Orders to these areas follow our international shipping policy.
In addition to US shipping, we also ship to all countries of the world. All of our monthly subscription box orders or the normal orders over $100 will have FREE shipping.

The international customer can expect delivery within 3-15 business days. For all international orders, please note that Nako is not responsible for taxes, duties, and fees associated with local customs. Please factor these costs separately when placing your order.

Once the order ships, we will send the customer a confirmation email with tracking information. The customer can login to their account at any time to check the status of shipment and view tracking from the main page.
