An update on Nako tungsten pricing: Why prices are rising

At Nako, we’ve always believed in one thing: making high-quality tungsten fishing gear more affordable for anglers. That belief is why we started—and why this message matters so much to us.

Over the past several months, global tungsten prices have risen at an unprecedented level, with raw material costs more than doubling. This reality puts us in a difficult position, and we want to be honest: it makes us deeply uncomfortable. Rising prices go against what we stand for.

We’ve worked hard to absorb these increases for as long as possible, but the continued pressure means we can no longer maintain current pricing without risking product availability and long-term quality. As a result, starting January 1, 2026, prices for Nako tungsten products will be adjusted.

This decision was made reluctantly. Our goal has never been higher margins—it’s been stable supply, consistent quality, and fairness to anglers who trust us.

Please know that our mission hasn’t changed. If raw material costs stabilize, we will actively look for ways to bring prices back down. Making tungsten more affordable is still what we’re fighting for.
